They say our subconscious is most active when our brain is resting. Sometimes we are so busy (or try to keep ourselves busy) that we manage to avoid thinking on certain matters. Certain matters which we are really worried about but have been avoiding due to many reasons – one such reason being that nothing can be done about it – it’s not in our hands! So, sometimes when we avoid certain matters during the day they come out in the night. In the form of dreams. Well, not exactly dreams, as sometimes it’s our subconscious which is speaking, because it has not been given a chance to speak during the day.

So, what’s the remedy? I, myself, don’t know. I can relate to you only because I have felt the same. Do inform me if you manage to find a solution.

Since it is not in our hands to solve the matter, then there is no point in fretting over it throughout the day. But, the matter needs attention and that’s why it is disturbing you in your sleep. So what to do? Ummm… don’t run away from it, face it. Admit what has happened has happened and nothing can be done about it. And then ofcourse keep yourself busy!
