The 3Ls !!

My friend’s father gave us some gyan when he was visiting us. This was way back when I was in 3rd year of my college. Somehow this has stuck with me since then.

To be successful in your professional life, you need 3 Ls

Luck : The Opportunity

Labour : The Hard Work

Lubrication : The Smart Work.

And by lubrication, according to me, it does not mean you have to butter your boss. It just means that you have to reduce the friction. Most people think that there bosses are just maniacs sent from up above to trouble them. But no, its not that way. They are just people like us.

Every now and then we encounter teammates who are not easy to get along with. But we just don’t sit around and crib, but we find a way to deal with it. Similarly, every now and then we have a boss that is not easy to get around with.

So instead of back bitting and cribbing, if just spend a little more time and communication with the one who is above you, it really helps in making things easier for everybody.

I have a long belief, that nobody like to trouble anyone else. No matter what, everyone has a conscious. Its just that there are at times where there is a conflict of interest !!

No one has risen by pushing the other down, to rise you, its YOU who has to climb.
