Ofcourse we all make mistakes and indeed learn from them too. The one’s who don’t admit that they made any are those who don’t want to share their experiences with others. I am a strong believer of the fact that every time you don’t need to commit a mistake to and learn from it, when you can learn from experiences of others. People, who don’t even learn from others, are the ones making a big mistake. Everything else is part of our learning and growth.

well i too find it hard to believe that some people haven't yet faced failure, to them i can only say 'you have a lot more to see and learn from life'.
i completely agree that its perfectly fine to accept having made certain 'not the best' decesions in life coz only then can you learn.
The add on advantage of failure is that you cherish the success. you see if i keep having desserts i won't really know how yumm they are till i take a few spoons of somethingy tangy or bitter.
As Cavafy has also mentioned in 'Ithaka', the journey you take is not so much for what the destination has to offer to you but what the route to that destination teaches you.
